About Us

When the B. J. Terroni Company was established in 1981, it was a modest enterprise. It was made up of just three members of the Terroni family--Bart, Sr., Bart and John--along with industry veteran Harry Snavely, as a four-man stocking manufacturer's representative firm.

The company served the residential market in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware, representing a single line, the fine products of Taco, Inc., from a 1,700 sq. ft. leased facility in Bensalem, Pa.

Nearly three decades later, a lot has changed, but much has remained the same, as well.

B. J. Terroni is still a family-owned and operated company, with Christopher Terroni joining in 1991.

The company is still in Bensalem. However, today we're a 30-member organization operating out of a 20,000 sq. ft. facility, with more growth planned. In the near future, we'll be expanding our office and warehouse space, and adding training facilities to provide our customers greater training and technical support.

We continue to serve the same territory in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware with a far broader array of product lines. In addition to Taco, we represent other fine HVAC equipment manufacturers such as Modine, Lochinvar, Skidmore and Tigerflow, just to name a few. And we've broadened our market scope, too, to include commercial and industrial markets, as well as residential.

B. J. Terroni has changed a lot in 30 years. And we continue to change every year in order to meet the evolving product, technology, service and support needs of our customer. Yet one aspect of the company remains unaltered--B. J. Terroni has always been about the people, our dedicated employees and our loyal customers, and it always will.
