Returns Policy & Procedure
- Product for return falls into one of two categories, Defective or New/Unused.
- There is a unique form and specific information needed for each type of return.
- Defective Product – RGA Defective Return Form
- New or Unused Product – RMA New & Unused Return Form
- Lochinvar Product Return Form – Lochinvar Return Form (Lochinvar product purchased from B.J. Terroni Company)
- Modine Product Return Form – Modine Return Form
- Taco VR Pump – Taco VR Return Form (For Taco VR Pumps Only)
- All returns are subject to review and approval.
- B.J. Terroni Company reserves the right to deny any return claim.
- Credit will not be issued until returned product is received and final approval is made.
- Credit will be issued to the company account listed on the submitted form.
- Freight charges are to be paid by the company returning the product; they cannot be deducted or charged to B.J. Terroni Company.
- Product purchased directly from Lochinvar has a different return process.
- Lochinvar You will need a username and password to access this site.

Defective Material Return Request
Choose the RGA Defective Return Form on the Resources page of the website. Complete the form and submit online.Please Note: All fields with a red asterisk (*) must be completed for the form to go through.
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated on the form. The submitted form will be processed.
If the return is approved:
- An “Approved to Return” form will be sent to the email address indicated on the form.
- Include a copy of the form with the defective material(s) and ship back, PRE-PAID, to: B.J. Terroni Company – 3190 Tucker Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 or as otherwise instructed
- Upon arrival at B.J. Terroni Company’s warehouse, or the manufacturer, the product will undergo further inspection, allow 6-8 weeks.
- Credit will be issued to the company account listed on the WRGA form after successful inspection.
- If the product does NOT pass inspection when returned, the individual/company will be contacted regarding the denial via email and/or phone.
- The product will be held for fifteen (15) days.
- Anything left after fifteen (15) days will be scrapped.
New & Unused Material Return Request
Choose the RMA New & Unused Return Form on the Resources page of the website. Complete the form and submit online.Please Note: All fields with a red asterisk (*) must be completed for the form to go through.
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated on the form. The submitted form will be processed.If the return is approved:

- An RMA Number will be sent to the email address indicated on the form.
- Include the number with the item(s) being returned and ship, PRE-PAID, to: B.J. Terroni Company – 3190 Tucker Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 or as otherwise instructed
- Upon arrival at B.J. Terroni Company’s warehouse, or the manufacturer, the product will undergo further inspection, allow 6-8 weeks.
- After successful inspection, credit will be issued to the company account listed on the WRMA form.
- Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- A $15.00 re-carton fee will be charged for damaged cartons.
- If the product does not pass inspection when returned, the individual/company will be contacted regarding the denial via email and/or phone.
- The denied product must be picked up within fifteen (15) days.
