Product Rental Order Forms

• Procedure:
  Please call into our office for pricing on product rental for the Fernox Power Fulshing Machine.
  
  Upon your arrival to pickup the product(s), all material will be inspected by B.J. Terroni Company employee and the person picking up the product(s). Each person will sign off on the condition of the product(s) and an invoice will be processed once the product(s) leave the B.J. Terroni Company warehouse.
  
  When the product(s) is/are returned, all material will be inspected by B.J. Terroni Company employee and the person dropping off the product(s). Each person will sign off on the condition of the product(s) and a credit will be processed, less the amount of the Rental Fees.
